Research Interests
My most recent work pertaining to aging was a 2006 research project funded by AARP to examine the way that Americans, especially older Americans, protect (or fail to protect) their financial privacy. The study covered both online and offline activities. The report can be found on the AARP web site at:

I have also conducted aging-relevant research covering topics in the field of health and medicine. With colleagues at the University of Utah, I have published work on the connection between genetic test results and the purchase of life insurance. Similarly, I have published research on the connection between genetic test results and the purchase of cancer insurance.
