Susan Saffel-Shrier

Research Interests
Susan is a nutritionist and certified gerontologist. She received her Masters of Science and graduate certificate in Gerontology from the University of Utah. She has been a faculty member at the University since 1981. Susan is the Director of the Geriatrics rotation for the Family Practice Residency program an instructor for the graduate programs in public health in addition to her involvement with the medical school curriculum. Her clinical and research interests include geriatric nutrition and osteoporosis.
