Created as a University of Utah Master's project for the Education Special Committee of the Utah Commission on Aging to serve as a highly accessible - comprehensive - coordinated - and renewable "one-stop shopping" resource for citizens in the state of Utah, by county, that addresses the following issues:

1) need for meeting the demands of re-training and upgrading of skills for older adults, and

2) listing of high quality and reputable professional development programs and courses in the field of aging services by county in the state of Utah.
